ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order does not guarantee it will be fulfilled. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or inventory issues. If we cancel an order after payment, you will be refunded in full.

PRICING AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
We work to keep prices, descriptions, and product images accurate, but errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund, even if the order has been confirmed.

PAYMENT
We accept payment through PayPal, including major credit and debit cards processed via PayPal. All payments are processed securely by PayPal; we do not directly handle or store your card details.

SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. See our Shipping and Delivery policy for full details, including processing times and local pickup options.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any items, with the exception of our documented Exchange Policy. See our Returns and refunds policy for full details, including the exchange window and requirements.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to designs, logos, product photography, and text, is the property of Kairos Time and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kairos Time is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to your order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
